I replace Shimano Revoshift shifters with SRAM Grip Shift shifters. I also replace the Shimano Rapid Rise Mega Range rear derailler (low-normal) with a more common (high-norma) operating Shimano Deore derailleur. The bike is a Gary Fisher.
