I bought a bike that had been horribly repainted. I want to restore the bike, so I wanted to see what the original factory paint color was. That will give me the option to go back to the original color. I show how to remove layers of paint to reveal the original paint. I plan to have the bike professionally stripped and repainted at a future time. I need to replace the missing fenders first. The bike is a 1954 Indian Scout.
